Monday was the day selected to leave for Louisville, but the car is not fixed, and our site is booked , so we "broke camp" and moved to a different site In he same Park!
Now a bit away from the lake, but still visible, and actually a bit quieter, so very pleasant.
The lake front has camp sites, as well as cute yurts and stationary trailers which can be rented in order to stay, should you not have your own. I would love to get a peek inside the yurts!
Chatted with our new neighbors who had pulled In at the old site before leaving, and they had lots of RV questions, having bought an old one sight unseen, and are still newbies! We were fortunate to have had an experienced RVer coach us, and are always happy to pay it forward. Then we moved the coach, put in some laundry and grilled some lunch, but soon escaped to the air conditioning and read and relaxed for the rest of what turned out to be a very hot day.
